Diets and Weight Loss

So here I am almost 2 years post baby and well I still have TONS of baby fat. :( I use to weight 115 on a bad day and now since having my daughters I have weighted 160 or up. I have been watching what I eat and lots of exercise, but I can not loss any of the weight. BLAH.

I looked into Weight Watchers and other weight loss programs, but I do not do well with a Point system or a support system thingy. I don't do well with someone else telling me what to eat and what not. So those aren't for me at all. I heard about the Special K challenge and NICE. I get to eat Chocolate Cereal and loss weight? Count me in.

So today I started my Special K Challenge. I get to have 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. 2 of the meals must be Special K approved and same with the snacks, but the last meal can be whatever I want. SWEET. I usually only eat one big meal a day and one lite snack like meal. So I'm gonna cut out a meal and the snacks and just do a Speical K meal and my usual dinner meal. I don't eat alot really, my portions are usually very small, Hubby usually ends up eating five times more then I do. Heh.

So I'm giving this challenge a try and we shall see. Hubby is also saving up to buy me a Wii Fit, cause I asked and begged and did a few "favors" Wink Wink. lol.

So current weight starting is 161. In 2 weeks I shall see if I lost the 6 pounds like the challenge says you can.

I currently have a Beef Stew mixture in my crock pot cooking for tonight's dinner. I also need to plan out our trip for Vegas and work out when to go to school and get my books for this semester. Yay. lol.

Just be careful in not cutting out to many calories....your body will think you are in starvation mode and will actually hold on to the fat. Been there, done that. It's no fun.

I've been back at Weight Watchers for the last 2 months. Unfortunatly that is what works for me, I've tried everything else and I end up gaining weight on it. I need to be humiliated at the scale week after week to stay on track. lol.

Best of luck!
